Team Setup
Two team leaders will be selected, and teams will form via a schoolyard pick. Matches will follow a best-of-5 format.

- Breakdown and pack up equipment.

- Confirm venue, catering, and seating arrangements.
- Send out invitations and finalize RSVPs.

- Stock up on food, drinks, and prizes.
