To make the most of your LAN party experience, participants are required to bring:
- Computer
- Monitor
- Mouse & Keyboard
- Headset (headphones with a microphone)
- Power cords
- Video and audio cables

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we’ll take care of the essentials:
- High-speed network equipment (Ethernet cables, network switch, router)
- Tables and folding chairs for comfortable setups
- Refrigerator (coordinate with Roost for food items)
- Designated smoking area

Team Setup
Two team leaders will be selected, and teams will form via a schoolyard pick. Matches will follow a best-of-5 format.
🥳 End of Session (8:00 PM)
- Announce tournament winners.
- Distribute prizes, trophies, and acknowledgments.
- Breakdown and pack up equipment.
✅ Pre-Event Preparation
2–4 Weeks Before
- Confirm venue, catering, and seating arrangements.
- Send out invitations and finalize RSVPs.
- Prepare a network diagram and arrange necessary equipment.
- Print event schedules and tournament brackets.
Day Before
- Test all equipment and network connections.
- Finalize participant gear lists.
- Stock up on food, drinks, and prizes.
